At Basus, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and reliable as possible. All items are dispatched from within the UK, and we currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

For ex-display pieces or larger items that require additional handling, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

UK Mainland: 5–7 working days

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & UK Islands: 7–12 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

Free Delivery on orders over £199 (UK only)

For particularly large, fragile, or high-value items, additional delivery fees may apply — we’ll always contact you before dispatch if that’s the case.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either with a replacement, refund, or suitable alternative.
Where We Deliver
At this time, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
